Shipping Policy and Return Policy

Shipping

USPS Shipping Methods. Standard shipping within the USA, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, or APO shipping addresses

All standard shipping will be processed through USPS mail. Please provide a shipping address that is valid USPS (Postal Service), to ensure timely processing. If you require a specific shipping method, please give us a call (extra charges may apply).

Orders  Processed and Shipped

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS. Allow 1-4 business days for delivery after processing (depending on your zip code )

Orders using placed after 1:00 PM ET on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Returns

Returns must be received WITHIN 30 days from the date of purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened, in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is opened or not in its original condition – we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, YOUKILL.COM reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

Damaged Orders or Missing Merchandise Policy

You have up to 3 business days after the package has been delivered to notify us of any damage to the product(s) or if there are any products missing from the order.

If you suspect that an item has been damaged during shipment or an item is missing from your order, please notify us immediately (within 3 business days after delivery) to report the damage. You should keep all packaging material in case the carrier wants to inspect the condition of the order.

Lost Order

Customers who do not receive their order must let us know at least 10-15 days after shipment so that we may contact USPS to investigate the matter. We cannot be held responsible for lost order/orders once it leaves our warehouse.

Wrong or Incorrect Address

We cannot be held responsible if a customer enters a wrong or incorrect address that results in the order being lost – if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

Canceled Orders

Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout has been completed. Once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.
